Abstract: As far as messaging phones are concerned, the Samsung Messager III is not bad. You won't find a ton of flashy features or a large display, but the phone's spacious keyboard does make the Messager III a solid, affordable option for messaging fans.

Though the Samsung Messager III has an updated design over its predecessors, it also has a downgraded feature and some performance issues. As such, it's a case of one step forward, two steps back.
Unattractive home screen and UI graphics. Sluggish browser. Middling camera.
If your needs are primarily voice, text, and GPS, the Samsung Messager III is a great way to get it all at a low price; there are better choices on MetroPCS, though. Buy it now...
