  • Expansive touch screen. Roomy, slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Easy to use UI.
  • Some issues with call quality. Proprietary headphone jack. Riddled with AT&T bloatware. Required $20/month messaging plan kills value.
  • The Ease is indeed easy to use, but as with many similar devices, it's very difficult to recommend because of AT&T's mandatory, expensive messaging plan....
