  • Abstract:  The Nokia 8600 Luna is keen to disarm and seduce. The unconventional materials used, the creative design, the rather practical set of accessories are hard enough to resist. Plus, the Luna is so largely unaffordable that its tempting. This pretty much sums...

  • Distinct good looks; stainless steel backing; A2DP; bundled leather casing and cleaning cloth.
  • Pricey; bottom half of the slider obscures certain buttons on keypad; no expansion card slot.
  • If looks are all that matter and you have wads of cash, the 8600 Luna is a trendy offering in the same premium design category as the Siroccos. Just dont expect it to pack the kitchen sink.

  • Striking looks, Excellent screen, Build quality
  • No 3G, No expandable memory, High price
  • Nokias premium range has had everyone from city boys to students drooling since the chrome-clad 8810 first hit the shelves five years ago, and its appeal shows no sign of being different with the latest luxury model - the 8600 Luna. The big question, ...

  • Stylish smoked glass slider; crisp 50mm screen; nice 2-megapixel snaps; approachable media player
  • Crazy price; no memory card; no LED light; weak videos; not 3G
  • They say that style never goes out of fashion -- but unfortunately technology does. This underpowered and overpriced handset looks and feels fantastic now, but hasnt got the mobile muscle to outlast its first flush of fame ...

  • Expertly built. Stunning stainless steel and glass finish. Slick slider action. Easy to use ...
  • Hefty frame. No 3G. Limited memory. Basic camera. Poor battery...
  • It may practise the 8800s style-over-substance policy, but the Luna oozes quality from every pore. And we could play with that slide action all day ...

  • Solid call quality, Attractive design
  • Expensive, No expandable memory, Short battery life
  • Its impossible to review the Nokia 8600 Luna without first mentioning its $800 price tag. Thats eight LG Chocolates or two iPhones, and both beat the 8600 Luna in terms of style and functionality. While there is something to be said for the 8600 Luna...

  • The Nokia Luna 8600 has an attractive design, solid call quality, and a decent feature set including stereo Bluetooth, a music player, and voice commands.
  • The Nokia Luna 8600 has low talk-time battery life and a cramped keyboard. Also, its photo quality and speakerphone performance were poor, and it lacks an expendable memory slot.
  • The Nokia Luna 8600 is a beauty with good call quality, but we didnt fall for its cramped keyboard and its poor speakerphone quality.
