The editors didn't like

  • Annoying that you have to take the back off to remove the SIM. And I have said the same thing for the G Flex-I really hate the placement of the volume rocker and power button on the back of the G3. It's annoying
  • And I feel like I'm always fumbling around
  • Uncomfort to handle
  • Plastic material
  • Display is noticeably better but comes with a lot of implications
  • 2 GB RAM variant might not be enough
  • Go for the 32 GB/3 GB one
  • Limited free RAM might be due to Quad HD resolution

  • Apps take time to load

  • Average design
  • Low resolution display
  • A bit bulky
  • Buttons on the rear
  • 2K Display is Known to Heat Up
  • Nothing Else Really
  • No official words yet about the android L update
  • Looks a bit cheaper for a flagship smartphone
  • Comes in single SIM version only

  • Abstract:  Featuring a micro SD slot, metallic frame design and QHD screen, the G3 is initially an "impressive" new phone. Regarding the screen however, TechRadar noted "it doesn't feel like LG is offering a huge deal more" than its predecessor, the LG G2.Highlig...

  • Detailed video, Intuitive user interface, Usable smart features, Strong camera, Well designed, High-res music support, Powerful performance
  • Audio performance could be more exciting, Size won't be for everyone, Battery could be better, Screen needs to be brighter
  • Following any big predecessor is always a daunting task for any product, but the LG G3 has done it like a pro.Fixing most of our complaints with the G2, LG has produced a bigger, better version of its already excellent predecessor. Its size won't be for ev...

  • Display offers lots of potential, design, great camera, power
  • Battery life isn't great, might simply be too big for some people
  • LG has thrown everything into the LG G3, looking to maintain the momentum of the earlier G2 and offer something that stands out from the pack. It achieves that with the Quad HD display, being the first of a new breed of super-high resolution smartph...

  • The LG G3 has its share of contradictions, such as its quad HD screen and a laser focusing camera coupled with a so-so Android reskin and basic photo shooting controls. And then there's its appealing compactness, offset by those back buttons that are a b...

  • Razor sharp screen, Elegant design, Beautiful interface
  • Camera lighting issues, Battery saving
  • This handset is proof that the success of the G2 was just the beginning for LG. By no means a one trick pony, the Korean company has released a top of the line Android smartphone that rivals some of the best flagships on the market. An unbeatable spec sh...

  • Relatively small for a 5.5" screen, Display: picture quality & resolution, User interface: practical, fluid, enjoyable, Good allround camera, Ultrafast autofocus (ideal for a pocket camera), Responsiveness (Internet, games...), Good battery life
  • Display drains a lot of battery when brightness is on max, Builtin speaker a bit disappointing
  • The LG G3 is a more-than-worthy follow-up to the fantastic G2. We love the way it handles, the big display's picture quality, the flawless performance and the camera's ability to quickly snap photos in any lighting. Both highly competent and versatile, th...

  • When LG revealed the G3 to the world at its London press event, we were told that "simple" is the key ethos for the company's latest phone. We're not sure if that's really the case, as the sheer amount of tech stuffed into the flagship G3 is more than lik
  • There's no question that the LG G3 is jampacked full of top tech, but that does mean it can get a little hot under the collar. We found that the Quad HD screen made the G3 run pretty toasty, making for an uncomfortable phone in your pocket that sometimes
  • For around £500, you get a truckload of tech for your money with the LG G3. It doesn't have the sublime aluminium construction of the HTC One (M8), but you do get that incredible Quad HD display and laser focus camera for quick-fire shooting. It's well pr...
