  • Abstract:  Throw some superb fine detail resolution into the mix and a much wider realistic viewing angle than you get with LCD and it's fair to say the picture quality bar has been set frighteningly high for the rest of our contenders.

  • Loads of features for the money, impressive motion and contrast, decent stereo sound, Freesat and Freeview HD
  • Lacks the scintillating definition and colour neutrality of the best, doesn't output DD 5.1 on Freeview HD

  • Outstanding, movie-friendly picture quality, Plenty of features, ISF certified, Good value
  • Drab design, USB HDD support too limited

  • Conveniently integrated HD TV tuners, Deep blacks and excellent contrast levels, Decent remote and interface.
  • Regular plastic looks, Some slight fizzing and softness in the detail
  • Freesat and Freeivew HD tuners make this a well specified plasma TV that handles fast flowing footy very well at the expense of some fine detail resolution.
