Solid, reliable and chunky feel to it. Good sound, reception and good remote control
Alarm clock and clock radio are not intuitive. No bass or treble control
Tivoli Audio’s iYiYi is one of the better desktop iPod speaker systems we’ve got our hands on. Even though it doesn’t match the sound quality of the best systems in its class, the iYiYi sounds decent enough, and provides an extensive set...
It’s a classy looking, decent sounding speaker system, but as an alarm clock it doesn’t quite deliver - the interface is a pain, and the built in alarm is irritating. Matthew Delaney Lowest online price: ££219.99 ...

Abstract: The last time we reviewed an iPod speaker dock from Tivoli, we were less than impressed, particularly by the audio quality. This time, though, were happy to report that the sound from the iYiYi is fantastic. Deep bass, crisp treble and a beautifully t...

Pleasant, flat sound; alarm programmable to wake up to iPod or radio. FM radio display scrolls artist/song title/radio station. Visually striking.
Not much low end—this is not for rap or electronic music. Distorts at high volumes. Internal AM antenna is weak. Doesnt display time when RDS (radio info scrolling) is enabled.
Audiophiles who prefer flat sound will appreciate this dock, but most folks will likely pine for more low-end boom....

Attractive design; clock with alarm (wake to iPod songs); supports Radio Data System (RDS) text feeds from stations that offer them; iPod charges while in dock; auxiliary line-in; included remote offers more than basic control over your iPod.
Expensive; bass could be stronger; no bass and treble controls; no video output.
While its sound didnt blow us away, the iYiYi offers improved bass over the iSongBook and decent features in an attractively styled package.
An all-in-one, strong digital AM/FM radio tuner and iPod speaker system with a great remote control, impressive LCD screen for clock, RDS text, and other displays, and sound that is solid if not groundbreaking for the price. Easy and actually fun to us...
Audio quality is a step or two below leading competitors with identical features and pricing. Cabinet design is visually polarizing. Not as versatile or impressive in stereo separation as company’s same-priced, earlier iSongBook.
After months of non-stop deliveries of iPod speaker systems, we now fully believe what we first began to suspect earlier this year: there are too many way-too-similar options out there, and it’s not going to get better any time soon. True stando...
