Effective surround sound effect from one speaker and one subwoofer; compact size; solid build and attractive black finish; easy to set up and operate.
Lack of HDMI input and output.
While its not the cheapest single speaker surround sound system on the market, its right up there with the best performance and design.

While its not the cheapest single speaker surround sound system on the market, its right up there with the best, not only in terms of performance but also of design. Compact, sturdily built and attractive to look at, it delivers surprisingly effecti...
Abstract: The home cinema market is one of the fastest moving areas of technology. From CRT to LCD and plasma (and now OLED), SDTV to HDTV and stereo to surround sound, no one area is left standing for long. The latest wave of interest comes in the shape of sin...
Denons first foray into the increasingly-crowded soundbar arena, the X-Space DHT-FS3, is at least a stylish entrant, with a piano black finish and curved main speaker unit that is considerably more slender than rival models weve seen from Philips and...
If you don't want to mess with the hassle of half a dozen speakers, then the Denon DHT-FS3 HTIB is definitely for you. Of course, it is virtually impossible to create the stunning quality that five or eight different speakers provide, but this Denon de...

Elegant and compact single-speaker plus subwoofer virtual surround system; accommodates two analog, three digital audio sources; optional iPod dock; headphone jack with Dolby Headphone processing; wall-mounting brackets included.
Expensive; dearth of HDMI or other video connectivity means your TV will need to handle video switching duties; setup may take some tweaking for optimal sound.
While its a bit lean on features, Denons compact DHT-FS3 delivers big room-filling sound. Specifications: Components: Subwoofer, Speaker system; DVD type: DVD player; Color: Gloss piano black; See full specs Price range: $684.99 - $1,199.99
Jimmy Choo has nothing on this sound bar. It is sexonastick goodlooking, which is saying something for a speaker that mounts on a wall near an HDTV, The DHTFS3 doesn't block an HDTV when positioned on the same table or equipment rack, as you will find with other sound bar speaker systems, This allinone speaker includes a subwoofer (some sound bars don't) and provides a fairly good approximati
There is no decoding for Dolby TrueHD or DTSHD Master Audio, so when running the best audio from a Bluray player into this sound bar, you are going to be a little behind the curve in terms of the highestresolution HD audio codecs, The DHTFS3 has few connections, with no HDMI inputs, meaning you'll have to run your video sources through your HDTV set, An iPod dock is optional, but not included
This unit is gorgeous, sleek, and doesn't block the TV when sitting in front of it. While you could get better sound with a true 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound system, for the money, you get a fairly believable surround sound experience with the Denon DHT-F...
And again, it's very valuable that this bar does not block the screen. The piano black finish is great. And it's loud, like all Denon gear, although the bass gets a little cloudy at high volume. What's sad is that this expensive set up does no...
