  • Dramatic, musical delivery. Beautifully finished. Very comfortable
  • Image X10 sibling is just £40 away. Tinge of treble hardness
  • Comfortable, lightweight and great-sounding, the miniature X5’s pack the power to astound ...

  • Bass possesses much weight, secure and comfortable
  • Not overtly spacious

  • Klipsch made something special with the Image X10s, but their benefits came at a slight premium. While a couple of sacrifices have been made to hit the lower price point of the X5s, they're far from crippling. Ultimately the Image X5s sound almost as good...

  • Excellent all-round sound quality; compact and comfortable; well-priced
  • Competing models can offer even deeper bass
  • The Klipsch Image X5s are terrific earphones -- one of the company's best pairs yet -- with all-rounder qualities akin to a more costly pair. Also boasting a wonderfully compact and comfortable design, it all adds up to a winner in the all-rounder cat...

  • Excellent audio quality—more flat response than booming bass. Superb in-ear fit. Comfortable. Lightweight.
  • Expensive. Not for bass fiends. Left and right earphones could be better matched.
  • Klipschs lightweight Image X5 gives audiophiles who seek flat response—and comfort—a new option....

  • Abstract:  Klipsch has been a big name in the speaker game for years, and I remember the old school ProMedias as being the definitive article when it came to 2.1, and later 5.1, desktop sound. When I first reported the X5s I wasn’t sure they could possibly be muc...

  • The Klipsch Image X5 earphones are ultracompact, lightweight, and comfortable, and they offer great sound quality. The contoured eartips offer a secure fit with exceptional sound isolation, and the plug is uniquely designed for durability. Includes a n...
  • The Klipsch Image X5 earphones have a thin, tangle-prone wire that raises some concern for durability, and theyre pricey. Shorter warranty period than competition from Shure.
  • The Klipsch Image X5 earphones are a bit of an investment, but theyre worth it if you demand excellent audio quality and have had trouble with earbud fit in the past.

  • Big can audio quality in the guise of wee earbuds. Sharp sound and sharp design. 0.398ounce weight? What are these things made out of, aerogel?
  • Youve got to push (and I mean really push) the buds into dangerously deep areas of your ear to make them work properly. Cinching the cable to keep them tied down will make you look ridiculous.

  • Abstract:  Klipsch is one of the increasing number of manufacturers of ‘in-ear' earphones that has realised that the lazy ‘one size fits all' approach to design is doomed for failure.Thank you for searching out Australian HI-FI Magazine's equipment review of the Kli...
