New sculpting and modelling tools, animation improvements, interface cleaned up to make it the most accessible 3D package, more texture and lighting improvements, cameras updated, better rendering with new shaders, more accurate Global Illumination and radiosity maps, and colour grading as a post-render effect, interchange with Nuke and Photoshop
Modelling tools still need more work, sculpting is a good start but feels clumsy at times, right mouse button and general interface operation isn’t as slick as it could be, file format support could be more extensive
