  • Extremely cheap compared to competitor products; rich feature set; easy to get the hang of; extensive help tutorials
  • Feature-limited compared to the Pro version; annoying marquee advert panel (despite paying for the software); dreadful user interface
  • Overall, Anime Studio Debut 7 is a very capable product, despite the diminutive price tag. Although it's aimed squarely at amateurs, this doesn't limit the possibilities and as such Smith Micro offers a clear upgrade path to Anime Studio Pro

  • This software has a very useful bone rigging system,
  • It has limited importing capabilities.
  • Because of its intuitive interface, this is a solid option for animation software....
