  • Keyboard, 3 USB 2.0 sockets, easy to install
  • Takes up a lot of desk space, laptops with front loading CD bays wont be able to use the CD bay
  • The Alto does kill two birds with one stone, by not only putting your screen in the right place but also giving you a decent keyboard to type on to boot

  • Excellent build quality, Good ergonomics

  • There are any number of laptop stands that bring your machines screen up to a more ergonomic eye-level when youre sat at your desk, but Logitech is the first company to add a full-sized keyboard to the process. Its an impressive piece of kit that tak...

  • Abstract:  The summer before I started college, my parents bought me a notebook. It had a tiny screen and a smaller keyboard, and it ran Windows 95, grudgingly. I loved it. My fingers ached after typing for hours on that cramped keyboard, but that didn’t stop...

  • Easy plug-and-play setup; sturdily constructed and stable; full-size keyboard and three USB ports; folds up for compact storage.
  • Weight limit rules out some larger laptops; fixed height doesnt always provide ideal ergonomics; blocks off ports on the front of the laptop; does not replace a full-fledged docking station.
  • The Alto notebook stand is a creative attempt to make using a laptop at a desk more comfortable, but due to a few design issues we cant recommend it for everybody.

  • Folds for storage, Fullsized keyboard, Secure display riser
  • Fingerprints and dust galore, Instructions could be a bit clearer, Key travel is not as deep as a desktop keyboard
  • Using the Alto has definitely improved the ergonomics of working from home with my notebook. I think the Alto is too big to travel with, but for home, it works great. Obviously, if you can afford it and have the space for it, go ahead and buy a sep...
