  • Aggressive design with swappable top panels, Sturdy construction, Finally, a Das Keyboard with LED backlighting!, AlphaZulu key switches are every bit as good as Cherry MX switches, Dedicated macro keys and Nkey rollover, Can record macros without install
  • Just one backlight color (red)
  • While the market for mechanical keyboards is now flooded with options from numerous peripheral makers, Das Keyboard remains a standout brand, both for having helped pioneer the category and for consistently delivering high quality solutions. But up until...

  • Solid build quality, Swappable metal plates let you change the keyboard's look, Pass-through for USB and headphone/mic jacks
  • Expensive for what you get, No dedicated media-control keys, Top-mounted screws mar the design
  • Das Keyboard's first gaming model touts a new switch type that the company claims is faster than competing Cherry MX models, along with swappable faceplates. It's pricey, though, given its lack of media keys and RGB backlighting. Read More…...

  • Primary mouse click buttons felt great. Adjustable lighting (that can be turned off). Onthefly DPI adjustments. Ambidextrous.
  • The USB plug was too large. Not much distinction between side buttons. Scroll wheel didn't have much tactile feedback.
