Stylish, audio quality better than expected, a great novelty
No volume or skip song control, a tad bulky, Rating:
At £199, the Bose Frames aren't exactly 'value for money', but considering how much people pay for designer sunglasses, which usually offer much less at a higher cost, we think they are worth every penny...

music without blocking your ears or making a racket for others, look good, choice of lenses and frames, comfortable, sound good, solid Bluetooth connection, excellent call quality
no battery in the case and only 3.5 hours between charges, will never be your only set of earphones, can't protect from noise of the outside world, AR potential unrealised
The Bose Frames are delightful – a set of premium sunglasses that also act as your personal music system. Kept to 50% or lower those next to you can't hear your music, but because your ears are open you can hear the world around you.Clearly this is a mass...
No charging case, Doesn't use bone conduction, Mediocre battery life
Image Credit: TechRadarThe Bose Frames aren't smart glasses as such. Instead they are a pair of audio sunglasses that also have some limited smart functionality tacked on.If you care about audio quality, these aren't going to replace your headphones. Rath...

Decent enough sound, Comfortable, Clean, low-key design, AR has loads of potential, Great for podcast listening
Lack of bass means songs lack thump, Not many apps to download, Average battery life, Not cheap
Without much in the way of competition, Bose's Frames are difficult to rate. But here goes: if you like the idea of a reasonably stylish pair of sunglasses that also happen to play music, they're really quite a good first effort, so much so that it's a sh...
These things don't look anything like conventional earbuds and that's what makes them interesting, The Bose Frames have an enjoyment factor that I haven't experienced with many other devices, You feel like you're in a James Bond movie with a cool gadget
Bose Frames Tenor feel like cheap plastic sunglasses from the dollar store, $250 is way too much for what you're getting. It's cheaper to buy sunglasses and earbuds, It's just alright, which isn't good when the sunglasses cost $250
Bose Frames Tenor6.5/10I've used basically every pair of popular Bluetooth earbuds on the market right now, and the Bose Frames are the ones I like using the most. That doesn't mean they are the best—the audio is objectively not as good as virtually any i...
Good sound quality, Stylish design, Easy to operate, Bose AR features available
Not effective in blocking out background noise, Slightly bulky in the arms, Overall plasticky feel, No volume controls, Some AR apps are lackluster
A stylish, multifunctional wearable that's best for casual use.Bose Frames are an innovative and forward-thinking wearable for the busy, stylish, and music-loving consumer. If you like the idea of audio built in to your sunglasses and you don't need sweat...

img src=" I've really been enjoying the Frames. When conditions are right they feel liberating, perhaps even a taste of our AR future, since they mix ambient and digital audio while being more convenient than conventional headphones. There's no fiddling...
