  • Hotswappable hard drive bays; solid performance for the money,
  • Graphics card could be beefed up.
  • The G5 is a machine with definite pros and cons. The case design looks quite smart, but it feels a little plasticky and clunky in certain respects. The hot-swappable hard drive bays, however, are an undeniably neat feature. While the PC performed prett...

  • Not a bad PC in its own right, but it has an older processor and the graphics card is a bit too slow for a gaming PC ...

  • Abstract:  While the Acer Aspire G5900-U3092 Predator looks like a beast, its combination of some missing features and connectivity with rather average performance knock it down a notch. It is decent overall, but some of the gaming desktops in its class offer better features and performance at a similar price.

  • Unique design; front-accessible hard drives
  • Subpar performance compared with more affordable mainstream gaming PCs, underfeatured for its price, limited external connectivity options
  • Even if we hadn't seen faster PCs for less this holiday season, we'd still take issue with the value proposition of the Acer Aspire Predator G5900-U3092. With few extra features or connectivity options to justify its $1,349 price tag, this PC trades p...

  • Good Performance, Large Hard Drive, Huge Number Of USB Ports
  • Power Supply And Slots Prevent Using Second Graphics Card For CrossFire, No BluRay Drive, Lacks FireWire And eSATA Ports
  • Dec 1 2010 - The Predator AG5900-U3092 is a more affordable performance desktop option from Acer when compared to the more expensive AG7750 but it doesn't really set itself apart from other desktops in a similar price range. Performance is good and it ...

  • Spacious hard drive, Good productivity and gaming speed, Striking case, Power supply well-equipped for upgrades
  • No Blu-ray drive, Hard-to-open optical-drive tray
  • If you like the looks of this particular Predator, it's a good choice for a mainstream gaming rig. It lacks a Blu-ray drive and has more RAM than most users need, but it's a fine performer for the price. ...

  • Abstract:  We’ve had our fair share of beastly desktops on the SlashGear test bench, but the Acer Predator AG5900-U3092 probably has the most distinctive design. Etched with bright orange pinstripes, the new Predator is pretty striking for its internal components...
