  • Excellent voice quality, You can keep your existing phone number, Delivers voicemail messages via email, Significantly cheaper over long term than landline
  • Renewal costs $10 more than the original MagicJack, Comes with little, and poor, documentation
  • The MagicJack Plus gives you unlimited, landline-quality home phone service on the cheap, but YMax still hasn’t learned how to offer decent support....

  • Unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada for dirt cheap! Portable device. Easy to setup. No software required. Now with number porting. Serious alternative to Skype,
  • Somewhat shoddy web site interface, international calling rates aren’t that great, device gets very hot when plugged into AC adapter.

  • Compact. Enables VoIP phone calls. Cheap.
  • Lacks clear instructions. No telephone-based technical support. Difficult to find information you need. Difficult to connect to online technical support chat. Frequent up-sell offers when setting up online aspect of account. Still have to plug it into your computer for some features.
  • YMax magicJack Plus lets you make and receive calls within the U.S. for a low annual price, but other products do too with better service. Buy it now...
