  • 1 GHz Hummingbird processor; 4G; Android 2.2; TouchWiz UI; decent physical keyboard.
  • Camera could have been better; somewhat poor battery life; price.
  • The Galaxy Indulge is easily the best smartphone available from MetroPCS. If you have the extra cash, go for it; however, considering the price, I wouldn't push it. If things are tight, the Optimus M is a good alternative. Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4G.....

  • Overall the Samsung Indulge ranks in as an 'Average' smartphone. While it is the first ever 4G LTE smartphone, the Indulge really doesn't spout the high end features that are expected from a 4G smartphone. It's great that MetroPCS is aiming for ...

  • Good call quality, Useable QWERTY keyboard,
  • MetroPCS’ 4G LTE is much slower than Verizon’s 4G LTE, Display is low quality and looks washedout, Plastic construction feels cheap and flimsy
  • The physical keyboard was alright and the camera did its job, but the speed of the device, not just in running apps but in web browsing as well, are two things that still amaze me every time I use it. Do I think it’s worth the $400 price tag? I would ...

  • For people who are looking for unlimited voice & data mobile phone service without having to sign a contract, the Samsung Galaxy Indulge from MetroPCS is a nice solution. Its current price is $299 (after rebate), which makes it $100 more than the Samsu...

  • Abstract:  Samsung Galaxy Indulge has Samsung TouchWiz 3.0 interface which is now quite popular amongst cell phone users. But this device is running a trimmed version of it and you don’t get features like Samsung’s Media Hub and mobile hot spot. On the top, there...

  • Abstract:  In this video review of the Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4G Android smartphone from MetroPCS, Sydney discusses the performance of the phone and MetroPCS ' 4G LTE network. The Indulge is a Galaxy device with a 1 GHz Hummingbird processor, but it has a smaller sc...

  • Fast 4G speeds, Affordable data plans, Roomy keyboard, MetroStudio lets you download five songs per month
  • Low-resolution display, Drops down to 1XRTT data when outside of 4G, Short battery life, Awkward keyboard layout
  • The first LTE-enabled Android smart phone is fast and affordable over the long haul, but the hardware could be better.

  • Abstract:  The Samsung Indulge is the first LTE Android phone, running on metroPCS' dual CDMA/LTE network. It also checks in at a very affordable $399 price point -- and that's on a no-contract metroPCS plan. With that in mind, we're going to have a good long l...

  • The Samsung Indulge has a responsive slide-out QWERTY keyboard, good call quality, and the distinction of being MetroPCS' first 4G Android smartphone
  • Poor battery life might make some buyers think twice, and the specs don't stand up to higher-end Galaxy S phones. It's also rather expensive
  • With strong specs and good call quality, the Indulge is arguably MetroPCS' best phone, but the weak battery life is a disappointment.
