If all you're going to do is use the MiniX Neo X5-116A as a media player you'll do adequately, but trying to do anything more with the device will require the patience of Job....

Inexpensive for an unlocked Android device. Fully open, stock Android. Compact with plenty of ports. Has built-in storage.
You need a touch screen. Clunky with air mouse remote. Really made for tinkerers and Android fans who are tinkerers. Interface is in 1,280 by 800 resolution, even on a 1080p screen
