  • Can control all sorts of devices; comes with extender for devices in cupboards or otherwise blocked; easy to use,
  • Setup process looked very dated and was convoluted; touchscreen isn't always a good way to access control buttons,
  • This easy-to-use remote control worked very well, though setup could have been much simpler ...

  • Price will scare off some buyers; you need an add-on dongle to control the PlayStation 3
  • The Logitech Harmony 900 is, hands down, the best universal remote control we've ever tested ...

  • Simple set-up, Vastly improved and simplified RF support, Easy, comfortable operation
  • Incompatible with earlier Harmony remotes: no way to transfer existing activities/devices from old to new remote, No macro support, Swapping out a device isn't as simple as it could be
  • Although the inability to transfer existing devices and activities from another Harmony remote is a bummer, and the lack of macro support is a bit surprising, the fact is that the Harmony 900 is the most flexible, easiest to use and simplest to progra...

  • Radio frequency and infrared signals, Quick webbased setup process, Color touch screen, Sleek design,
  • Expensive, Overkill if you only have a few AV components, Glossy case shows fingerprints and dust, RF range not as long as claimed, Can't create custom macros
