The best entry in the series, now playable on the go, Big sandbox levels allow for lots of experimentation, X-ray kill cams are still really freaking cool
Story is mediocre, Middle of the road visuals, If you haven't already played it, you likely can for free on one of the other consoles
Accessibility options and player choice make each run totally new, Gameplay is topnotch and diverse, Jampacked sandboxes allow for long play sessions, Kill cutscenes continue to wow
