Supports Lightroom and Aperture as well, 16-bit image support, can tweak settings for wrinkles and uneven tones, has useful presets, skin texture results actually very good
No dedicated pimple or blemish removal, no face sculpting, far too expensive, no individual tools for refining masks
While the skin smoothing and line removal is actually quite good with an even finish, there is no dedicated pimple removal function
