  • Excellent performance
  • Extremely expensive
  • Much has been written about Corsairs Dominator memory. These chips have been handtested to the lowest latencies and highest voltages around. To round it off, the casing design draws heat from the centre of the PCB as well as the surface of the chips t...

  • Huge memory bandwidth doesnt deliver performance benefits in Core 2 Duo or Athlon 64 PCs, so the benefit of Corsairs 1,111MHz RAM is limited, especially considering its terrifying £470 price tag. Theres simply no way these modules are worth this am...

  • Memory is always changing, and its usually led by processor manufacturers. DDR, for example, is now a dead-end technology. This years new chipsets for both AMD and Intels platforms have seen to that by switching to higher bandwidth DDR2 memory. The ...

  • Weve shown today that Corsairs new Dominator TWIN2X2048-8888C4DF is the fastest memory product available. At the time of writing weve seen nothing that can compete with it. However, the increased bandwidth and tight latencies dont seem to give muc...

  • Fantastic low voltage performance, Scales incredibly well with voltage, Offers huge overclocking potential
  • Cost, $520 per kit they are one of the most expensive kits available
  • If you can stomach to pay what seems to be an arm and a leg for DDR2, Corsair’s PC2-8888C4 Dominators bring the performance. These tests don’t even do these sticks justice however time constraints kept me from tweaking each voltage and ti...

  • Abstract:  DDR2 memory has come a long way from its humble beginnings as just a few DRAM chips on a sliver of green PCB. Now, memory isnt memory unless it has extravagant cooling systems and reaches insane clock speeds.

  • The Corsair TWIN2X2048-8888C4DF ended up meeting its claimed specifications, and in that, it lived up to the high standards I hold Corsair to after the excellent results Ive gotten in the past from their PC8500 and PC8000 modules. Will another manufa...

  • The new Corsair Dominator memory modules are one of the most unique cooling solutions we have seen for system memory since the first heat spreaders were added many, many moons ago. The new heatsink technology is a step above anyone else can offer over...
