Excellent image quality, Builtin mic, Multiuse base (flat or foldout clip), Included software bundle isn't bad in comparison to most cheaper webcams (some which have none at all)
I'm worried for future driver support on an OEM product like this (hopefully it will be built upon in the future and updated on the Rosewill website), Rather generic and unexciting box (this is somewhat out of Rosewill's hands though)
