8.1 megapixel camera; Dedicated Walkman buttons; A-GPS; 3.5 mm headphone jack
Dated menus; Chunky design; Lacklustre web browser; Poor video playback
Overall, the W995 is a very good phone in its own right. The 8.1MP camera puts it up against the best camera phones in the market, and in-built GPS is another attractive feature. But when you put it against the competition in its price range, youre li...
Excellent battery life , Good basic phone functionality , Media Go software is fantastic
Screen is too small for video , Poor built-in web browser , 8MP camera takes average pics , Bundled headphones plug into charging port
The W995 under-performs where it counts. The screen is small and of a low-resolution and the web browser doesn't inspire web browsing. HSDPA, Wi-Fi and GPS are a waste with the software provided, but worst of all, the W995 is just too expensive....
3.5mm headphone jack, 8-megapixel camera, GPS, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, Media Go software
Boring/bland design, a little chunky, kickstand feels flimsy, price
Sony Ericsson’s W995 is the first Walkman phone to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack and a camera with Carl Zeiss optics. Its design could use some improvement, its overpriced and we would have liked a larger screen, but the W995 is still one of the be...
Abstract: NameWith its Walkman and Cybershot series of models, Sony Ericsson has become a leader in the niche categories of camera and music phones. The latest addition to its Walkman line, the Sony Ericsson Walkman W995 delivers the best of both worlds with an 8.1...
Abstract: While a lot of mobile phones purport to double as media players on the go, Sony Ericsson has made music and video playback the whole reason for the W995 Walkmans existence. The Walkman branding, while a little confusing, isnt just association, either...
Easy to use; large, bright screen; excellent camera; good sound quality; 3.5mm audio jack; stylish phone.
No DivX codec support.
I loved the Sony Ericsson W995 — it looks stylish, is easy to use, the screen is lovely and it has good speakers. Plus, the camera could even replace a basic point-and-shoot camera. All in all, the W995 performed well and I felt a little pang when I...

Let's consider a few facts first: the Sony Ericsson Walkman W995 runs on a 930mAh battery, with a voltage of 3.6V. It comes with a 2.6-inch display, running at a maximum resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. With a more space saving display and a lower scree...
gute Kamera, umfangreicher Mediaplayer, 3,5 mm Klinkenbuchse, stimmiges Bedienkonzept
langsame Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit, teilweise komplizierte Anwendungen
