Touchpad; HSDPA; build quality
Lack of xenon flash on the camera; volume during calls could be louder
At first, we thought this was going to be a phone with a gimmicky touchpad. After using it for some time, we've come to really like it. Not only does it look good but it works well and is a nice addition to Samsung's massive slider phone portfolio ...

The Samsung Soul lacks important features like voice dialing and GPS. Its call quality wasnt completely reliable.
You wont mistake it for a smartphone, but the Samsung Soul is nonetheless an attractive and well-designed multimedia phone. Specifications: Band / mode: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 (Quadband); Talk time: Up to 210 min; Combined with: With digital camera / d...
Abstract: Samsung's Soul is another of those mobile phones with a name I can't fathom. Soul? What's that about then? Samsung and LG seem to be joined at the hip when it comes to giving mobiles a name, and ‘Soul' has to be as meaningless as any I've seen. Still, th...

Half of the navigation buttons require pressing, and the rest do not, Average sound quality
