  • Unique design, more compact than the Helio Ocean. Good browsing speeds on AT&T’s HSDPA network.
  • Flat, cramped keyboard makes messaging difficult. Mobile Office is hobbled. Proprietary connector a hassle.
  • The Pantech Duo is a nice alternative to other Windows Mobile Standard devices on the market, like the Motorola Q. Instead of that phone’s slab form and bulk, the Duo offers an elegant compromise. A little bit of bulk for a QWERTY keyboard. Suffer t...

  • Abstract:  AT&T Pantech Duo Review Posted on: December 06, 2007 A common complaint that QWERTY phone users have is that it is hard to dial a simple number with a qwerty keyboard (vs. searching a contact by name), especially while driving (well, is one supposed to...

  • There are more and more smartphones being released every week it seems. Not all of them do a great job of differentiating themselves from the pack. The Pantech Duo’s combination of innovative hardware (dual slider) and value-added software tends to he...

  • Fast HSDPA data, full QWERTY keyboard, fantastic voice command system
  • Awful camera, rubbery keyboard keys
  • There is no mistaking that the Pantech C810 Duo for AT&T is a good device. It offers a lot of good functionality, like HSDPA data and top-notch voice control, in a cleverly designed package. While the QWERTY keyboard suffers from a few design compromis...

  • The Duo finds itself in the odd position many Windows Mobile Standard phones find themselves in. It has crippled software compared to its Professional big brothers, but has more functionality than most users need, at a price point that necessitates s...

  • Abstract:  It’s been a while since Pantech has released a smart phone. I was skeptical when I first laid eyes on the Pantech C810, also known as the Pantech Duo. But all of my doubts were soon washed away. I don’t know if this dual sliding, smart phone c...

  • Abstract:  Looking for a cool dual-slider like Helios hot but dont want to switch from AT&T? Pantech hopes to get you on board with its new Duo. Like the Ocean, the Duo includes slide-out QWERTY and numeric keyboards, but unlike the Ocean, this device is a tru...

  • The first Windows Mobile device with two keypads, Snappy performance, Reasonable price
  • Thick!, Poor build quality, No GPS or WiFi, No scroll wheel, Ugly dimpled pattern around screen, Silly screen unlock sequence, QWERTY keypad is not springassisted, Proprietary connector, Bluetooth 1.2
  • As a Windows Mobile enthusiast, I am utterly underwhelmed by the Pantech Duo. If any of you have ever used other Pantech devices, you know that they build sub-par devices in terms of build quality. Pantech devices are typically less expensive than ...

  • The Pantech Duo has a unique dual-slider design with a slide-out number dialpad plus a QWERTY keyboard. It comes with the Windows Mobile 6 OS as well as a 1.3-megapixel camera, quad-band support, HSDPA, plus access to AT&Ts broadband services.
  • The Pantech Duo has a cheap plastic body with a flimsy sliding mechanism. The QWERTY keyboard felt flush to the surface and was tricky to use
  • Even though the Pantech Duo has an impressive feature set that include 3G/HSDPA support, we were ultimately disappointed with its subpar design.
