The editors liked

  • It's super speedy
  • Built well (if not a little bland)
  • And yet still has a removable back and battery. Also
  • That 3000mAh battery lasts for more than a days' worth of normal use-closer to 30 hours
  • Actually
  • The second screen has a lot of useful moments f
  • Brilliant Build Quality and Premium Feel
  • Rugged and Refreshing Design
  • Great Camera Quality
  • Manual Imaging and Video Modes with RAW Support and Bitrate Options
  • Great Audio Quality
  • Good Display with Secondary Display
  • Removable Battery
  • Expandable Memo
  • A great design with excellent build quality
  • The camera offers superior photo and 4K video quality
  • The second screen is great for multitasking and quick functions from a locked screen
  • Though it feels underutilized elsewhere and its takes its toll on bat

The editors didn't like

  • The software here just isn't as good as Android
  • Or even Motorola for that matter. With new phones launching with Android Marshmallow already
  • You'll have to wait at least another month or two to get it on the V10
  • I still don't love having a fingerprint
  • Fingerprint Sensor Isn't Always Accurate
  • Battery Life Not Good Enough
  • Siraj contributed to this review
  • "LG V10 Review"
  • 5 out of 5 based on 8 ratings
  • Rugged
  • But not water resistant
  • More powerful chipsets exist
  • A flagship should have gotten the best
  • The battery life is a bummer

  • The design is one of a kind with a stunning display. With the camera, there's no reason photos should turn out blurry
  • Battery life could have been a bit better and the speaker could use an update to be louder. The screen scratches very easily
  • By now I'm sure you're ready to stop reading everything and know if the device is worth getting if you've been holding back. The answer is yes, the phone is worth buying and the second display is actually pretty cool. Again, I used it because it gave me q...

  • As one would expect from Otterbox, the Defender case turns my V10 into a tank – in both senses of the metaphor. It has all the protection you could desire to absolutely ensure that nothing happens to the phone, but increases the dimensions of the device d...

  • Useful Second Screen for multitaskers, Varied power options, Versatile and powerful camera, Enhanced durability
  • Questionable price points given unlocked market,  Fit and finish are a bit weird, Software still messy,
  • LG has been banking on this phone to tie up 2015 with a pretty bow revenue-wise . For the chaebol, it means going against price cuts and the world of the unlocked phone and really hitting the US market where the bastions are: the carriers. It also mean...

  • Should you buy LG's V10? If you have a G4 (or even a G3, for that matter) then probably not. There isn't much difference aside from the premium materials and that extra screen. Buying a new back for your G4 takes care of the first problem, and the extra s...

  • Attractive & durable design, Excellent cameras, Second Screen, Removable battery, Expandable memory
  • Somewhat expensive, Disappointing battery life, Middle-of-the road benchmark scores
  • LG describes its new V Series of phones as an “experience creator” and “new alternative” in the high-end smartphone market. Indeed, the V10 is unique in a number of regards with its dual screens, two front-facing cameras, real-time manual video mode, and...

  • Fantastic rear camera, two front cameras, removable battery, microSD card slot
  • Price tag is a bit high
  • The LG V10 is a neat phone. That's a simplistic statement, but it captures the heart of the V10; it has lots of gimmicks (some of which you may actually find useful), a big screen and a great camera. It's fun and it's a lot of screen with which to enjoy c...

  • Great camera, Beautiful main display, Smooth performance, Tank-like build quality
  • Big, thick, and a little heavy to hold, Second Screen is unnecessary
  • The LG V10 is a beastly phone. If you can handle the size, there's a lot to like about it. You're getting one of the best cameras on the market, great performance, a beautiful display, better than average battery life, and a gimmicky Second Screen to play...

  • The LG V10 is a curious handset. LG attempted to do something unique with the Second Screen, but truly the more impressive features are found in the camera app. The V10 is a large, heavy smartphone. The stronger polycarbonates and metal components make it...

  • Abstract:  Certainly there have been devices that've had second displays in the past - everything from the Kyocera Echo to the lesser-known Samsung Doubletime . What's been missing from this equation hasn't been the hardware, but the skillfully implemented purpose a...
