Very stylish design, Plenty of applications to use on the go, 2MP camera with great quality
Cramped keypad with small buttons, Location of call and hangup buttons, Main menu has poor organization, Fields in internet browser overlap
So, how well does the Shine…uh…..shine? Pretty well actually but it is apparent that this is meant to be a simple and stylish handset. It definitely looks great and feels solid both closed and opened, packs plenty of online applications to make use of ...
Original design, great scroll wheel, good camera, intuitive user interface
Very slow when loading thumbnails, very low ringtone volume, mediocre video recording capabilities
The LG Black Label series is highly indicative of LGs determination to establish the brand as not just that of an average manufacturer, but one that is of high fashion and advanced technology. The LG Shine KE970 is a great follow-up to the Chocolate s...
Abstract: LGs KE970 "Shine" is one of the most gorgeous mobile phones - nay, one of the most gorgeous handheld objects - Ive ever come across. I drooled over it at CES in Vegas this past January, and again at CTIA in Orlando in March. I tend to favor a combi...
Abstract: The LG Shine is the latest phone from LG and is a part of their new Black Series line-up. The LG Shine is also known as the KE970 and in my opinion is the slickest and sexiest phone to be released by LG thus far. When the screen is off it looks beautif...
The handset is meticulously constructed and feels and handles like a phone with premium status.
The Shine is high maintenance. Your considerable buffing skills will constantly be called into action to keep it grease free
LG sets the fashion phone standard even higher with the Shine.

The LG Shine KE970 cell phone is certainly attractive. It also has decent call quality and a great camera.
The LG Shine KE970 has a flat, poorly designed dialpad, unintuitive Talk and End keys, and an average speakerphone. Battery life was somewhat low, and the mirrored front catches fingerprints easily.
Though it wasnt always easy to use, the LG Shine KE970 is a pretty phone with decent performance. We just wouldnt recommend paying full price.
Abstract: LG's new Tri-band slider phone is called the Shine KE970, but I'm going to call it the Shine from here on in. The first thing I noted about the Shine was that it was well named. Its brushed stainless steel casing is very eye-catching. The main screen on t...
Abstract: Like the Chocolate, the LG Shine is a slide-design phone, and is very much intended as a fashion statement. Whereas the Chocolate was dark and mysterious, with its hidden touch sensitive keypad, the Shine positively sparkles with light and has a more c...
Abstract: With Chocolate a runaway success, LGs follow-up handset lands to high expectations. Theres no doubting that its a sexy little beast, and the innovative scroll wheel promises to make navigation a doddle, but can this cellphone be as sweet as its min...
The LG KE970 Shine is a remarkably stylish and fashionable phone. For those looking for attention, this phone delivers ,Mirror effect is mesmerizing ,High quality display screen ,Slider design is well engineered ,Music player is good enough to replace ...
Nothing that is considered a deal breaker, but the roller is difficult to use ,Ringtone volume is low ,Metallic casing is a finger print magnet ,
A great looking phone that includes all the features and functionality one would expect from such a stylish, modern phone.
