  • This isn’t a replacement for an ordinary mobile phone – at least we hope LG doesn’t think that. With a limited production run, and an expensive one at that (£500), it’s hardly going to take the world by storm. As a watch, you...

  • Very responsive touchscreen, Well built, Great fun making video calls
  • Must use Bluetooth for music and voice/video calling, Short on smartphone features, Clunky charging system, Screen will be too small for some
  • It looks good and is well made, but overall it is more bling than bang...

  • In the end we remain unconvinced by the LG GD910. Its fundamental purpose, making calls, is flawed. You can only make a private call with a Bluetooth headset, which means you either need to have that clamped to your ear the whole time or swiftly get i...

  • Its a watchphone – need we say any more. Responsive gesture-sensitive touchscreen. Surprisingly clear call quality
  • Youll look like a fool using it. Battery life. Needs to be docked every night to charge
  • Expensive and gimmicky, but brilliant nonetheless. What better way to wear your geek credentials on your wrist? ...

  • Well, the LG GD910 Watch Phone ain't bad as a watch. Lovely leather strap, smooth face and metal buckles. It also works as a phone better than you think: swiping between screen is easy, and tapping out texts is feasible, surprisingly, especially in pr...
  • There are problems with how the LG GD910 Watch Phone works though. There's only 80MB of storage on board for MP3 and no microSD slot. Voice recognition is pitiful, at least with our limey accent, and video chatting while looking straight at the person...
  • Do you have the money to pay someone else to go and buy you a LG GD910 Watch Phone? If yes, it's because you have more money than sense. We wish that we did too - we'd love to buy one, but deep down we know the honeymoon period would soon wear off...

  • Well, it's a watchphone, so therefore cooler than almost every other gadget going
  • Obscene price, lack of SD support, poor voice recognition
  • A novel idea, but it remains that. Chronic lack of basic mobile goodies and a huge price really hurt proceedings...

  • All right then, we just tested a wristwatch phone. We walked around wearing it and no, we werent beamed up to the mothership for some terrible experiments. No seriously, we showed it to some of our civilian friends and they were largely unimpressed. T...

  • In the end the LG GD910 is simply a gimmick, a very expensive gimmick at that since it is retailing with Orange at the list price of $900. It is a very well packed phone that delivers poorly on its promise, some feature have no real use, such as...

  • A watch phone that worked and looked better than we imagined. However, it will only appeal to a niche market that is unlikely to be very big. ...

  • We really like the LG watchphone. In a world unbound by the economic realities we face today, we might even recommend it with only a few minor reservations. But when you consider that the hotly anticipated HTC HD2, accompanied by its armada of apps and ut...
