  • 1GB internal storage, Compact, Intuitive UI, Strong battery life
  • Terrible display, Clunky charging port, Uncomfortable design, No future Android updates
  • Although it is hard to overlook the loveable price tag, there are handsets out there will sub £100 stickers attached that overshadow the LG Optimus L3. A stubby, plastic device that is certainly not a grower, the Android 2.3 device is to be quickly overs...

  • Cheap on pay as you go; MicroSD card slot
  • Tiny, awfully low-res screen; Creaky, scratch-prone body; Glitchy software; Underwhelming hardware
  • The LG Optimus L3 is certainly cheap but there are alternative Androids around this price that offer superior hardware and software. There's no logical reason to inflict this phone on anyone. Kids, make sure your parents read this review....

  • Android 2.3 might be an old interface compared tot he latest Android 4.0 and Android Jelly Bean operating systems, but it still does a great job. It has multiple homescreens you can use to place your favourite apps and social network shortcuts to make the Optimus L3 your own. Everything you need is constantly at your fingertips. The Optimus L3 has only 1GB of internal storage, but with a microSD
  • The Optimus L3’s screen isn’t the best by a long shot. That is to be expected from a low budget device. Its 240 x 320 pixel resolution is rather average, and doesn’t fair too well in bright conditions either. The amount of glare makes it difficult to read in sunlight without tilting the device at awkward angles. The camera too, is a basic affair, with no flash and poor picture quality. And don’t
  • The LG Optimus L3 is an easy to use smartphone that will suit many needs. It has a great battery life, can download apps and delivers a decent web browsing experience, but that doesn’t stop it being distinctly average in every other area. LG Optimus L...

  • Abstract:  As with most recent small mobile phones it is touch, the only exception is the volume up and down controls and the on/off button. Just two visible connections the 3.5mm jack for earbuds and the micro USB to recharge it....

  • Abstract:  The LG Optimus L3 is the lowest ranked handset in LG’s L Series – which also comprises the LG Optimus L5 and Optimus L7 – but you can€t tell by looking at its design. It€s not a great-looking handset, but in a world where the trend for devices is to get b...

  • Cheapish, well-built
  • Horrible screen, not as cheap as some better phones
  • A nicely designed, small and compact phone that works well in most circumstances. The problem is, the screen is horrible and there is nowhere near the value here that you'd get with some other budget handsets. ...

  • The LG L3 is cheap but doesn't really tick any other boxes. It has old software and an abysmal set of hardware with the all-important screen the worst of the lot. It's only saving grace is the good battery life but we recommend saving a few more pennie...
