  • Email service, looks good, connectivity, comfortable for calling
  • Low spec screen, camera and video, doesn't sit comfortably in the hand, keyboard edge tapering can cause one-handed typing issues

  • Keyboard, GPS now included, BlackBerry 6 on the way
  • Screen is poor, boring build
  • The new kit should have been included last year - but it’s still a first class messaging phone...

  • Excellent keyboard, full spread of connectivity options,
  • Screen could be a bit better, you have to wait for the BlackBerry OS 6 update
  • The screen isn’t a patch of those of the Bold series, but otherwise this phone features almost all the best bits of more expensive models...

  • The RIM BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 is slim and compact, with a responsive optical touch pad, convenient external media keys, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, and a 2-megapixel camera
  • The RIM BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 is not too different from its predecessors, and remains a fairly basic smartphone
  • The RIM BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 is a decent entry-level BlackBerry with a couple of modern features like 3G and GPS, but we wish it was more affordable.

  • Improved, more responsive trackpad, Better feel all around, Upgradable to BlackBerry OS 6
  • Display is lowres for a smartphone, Battery life could be better
  • As usual, the RIM BlackBerry Curve 3G scored high marks on the performance section. Callers were amazed at how good we sounded, calling it “high def kinda stuff.” They said we were extremely clear and that they could hear everything, and rated us 9/10....
