The Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air is a sleek, high-end iPod/iPhone stereo speaker with built-in Apple AirPlay audio-streaming capabilities. Ample speaker drivers--two 1-inch tweeters, two 3-inch midrange drivers, and one 5-inch woofer--provide solid sound
The Zeppelin Air is very expensive, and it offers little stereo separation unless you're sitting or standing near the speaker. AirPlay setup may be tough for first-timers, and there are some compromises when controlling via iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch
If you just want to plonk an iPod in a dock and for it to sound amazing then the Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air is fantastic. The other features, however, are hard to use....
Abstract: Bowers & Wilkins’ Zeppelin Air iPod dock sounds excellent, looks very stylish and works easily once you’ve got it set up (an initially confusing process). The only concern we have is with its high price tag, which will deter plenty of prospective buyer...
Excellent sound quality for a medium-sized room, AirPlay works very easily, Great design
It's so expensive, Setup for AirPlay could confuse newbies, especially because there is no LCD screen

This is the best iPod or iPad attach product in Australia today that is under $1,000. The sound is spectacular which is what one expects from a Hi Fi Company like Bowers & Wilkins.
The weakness in the B&W Zeppelin Air, has nothing to do with sound or even B&W but more to do with Apple's poor AirPlay technology, which appears to be in its infancy and a long way away from the slick networking professionalism that Sonos delivers. At the end of the day the Zeppelin Air is more about great sound than networking.
