  • Cool style. Small carrying case. Intriguing modular design. ...
  • Losable parts, especially for a mobile device. Middling sound quality. Expensive. ...
  • The Sleek SA6s are small and stylish, and they capably block-out noise. Alas, while their modular design is certainly nifty, its not much more than a gimmick. The SA6s sound signature is customizable, but its nothing special compared to a good equ...

  • Sleek Audio has created an intriguing product in the SA6 earphones. They combine the sort of sound quality we'd expect from a set of single driver earphones costing around £100 with some innovative sound customising features that push the price up a bit. ...

  • Easily adjustable sound, Removable cables, Effective noise isolation
  • Bulky plastic case, Tiny parts are easy to lose
  • Finicky listeners unsatisfied with digital equalizers may find the Sleek Audio SA6 refreshing; the two can even be used in tandem for endless tweaking. Given their very good noise isolation, customizable sound, and compact size, these headphones are a ...

  • Terrific audio quality. Even bass. Sufficiently bright. Comfortable earpieces block outside noise.
  • Treble- and bass-boost options are either ineffective or harsh.
  • The SA6 fits well and sounds really good, but its treble and bass adjustments are a bit unnecessary....

  • Abstract:  SA6 In Ear HeadphonesCompany: Sleek Audio Sleek Audios first entry into the crowded arena of portable in ear headphones is in the super-premium $250-plus category. This is a bold and strategic commercial and design decision. SA6 headphones differ fro...

  • Amazing Sound Stage, great mids and high end, unique VQ system allows you to "tailor" the sound
  • Small pieces can get easily lost, tricky to swap out Treble Tips, lack of bass response especially in Rock music Pricing
  • The Sleek SA6 is a whole lot of Earphone for the money. The sound is terrific - especially the high end, midrange and sound stage. The bass is a little lacking - but certainly more than "passable." The ability to customize the sound by swapping out T...

  • A pair of substantially user-customizable earphones, complete with three sets of bass ports, four sets of treble tips, three double flange ear molds, and detachable cables that can be used to change how the earphones fit, rest on your ears, and sound. ...
  • Tweaks to treble and bass are generally small, rather than pronounced, and audio drivers don’t rival the best-sounding $200 earphones we’ve tested. Small pieces can easily be lost.
  • Ninety-nine percent of earphones are designed to sound a specific way when placed in your ears: some are really bass-heavy, others are “flat” and neutral, and still others are tweaked to exaggerate both bass and treble. Th...

  • Treble tubes are hard to remove, A bit on the expensive side
  • Sleek-Audio seems to have struck gold with their exchangeable tubes and ports. The fact that you can customize their audio performance is just an incredible feature. What never ceases to amaze me is that these earphones offer such a degree of customiza...

  • Amazing, tunable sound. Wonderfully comfortable fit from the tapered flange ear tips. Hang down or overthe ear cord routing. $25 replacement cords now, and colored cords on the way.
  • Spare ports and tips could go missing pretty easily.
