  • Abstract:  Let's assume you purchased UFC 2010 new. Inside the case, you get a code for the online portion of the game. You boot the disc up, and wait patiently for it to connect to a server. Never mind that you may only want to embark on a single player career; ...

  • Abstract:  Inside the octagon, there really wasn't a lot wrong with UFC 2009 Undisputed, which makes it all the more impressive that the combat in UFC 2010 Undisputed is so much better. New features and improvements aren't confined to the cage, either. When you'r...

  • Combat is great and significantly improved, Career mode is much less clunky than last year's, Huge roster of instantly recognizable UFC fighters.
  • Training between fights in Career mode isn't much fun, Online play lags and is limited in scope.
  • Much like last year's game, this mixed martial arts fighter impresses inside the octagon but doesn't do nearly as well outside of it....

  • Abstract:  It's been derided as human cockfighting by U.S. Senators, hailed as the successor to boxing by its promoters, and mocked as blatantly homoerotic by the boys at Penny Arcade. It has spawned a reality TV show on Spike TV and made household na...

  • UFC Undisputed 2010 is good, but its little issues hold it back from being impressive. I like this game; the knockouts are awesome, there’s a lot to do in the career, and the moments where Joe Rogan flips out add to the natural excitement of competing ...

  • Abstract:  UFC Undisputed 2009 was arguably the biggest surprise hit of last year. Capitalizing on the rising popularity of mixed martial arts, THQ teamed with the UFC in 2009 to create the most faithful representation of the sport to date. While the game was not...

  • Abstract:  The success of UFC 2009 seemed to be a surprise to everyone involved: gamers, mixed martial arts fans, publisher THQ, developer Yuke's, and maybe even the UFC itself. With four million copies sold, it was a runaway hit. The developers probably could...
