  • The best free-roaming actioner on XBox 360, Beautifuly-designed city that demands to be explored, Skill system is satisfying and works well
  • Combat can sometimes be clumsy
  • Chucks the competition into the sea

  • Abstract:  futuristic freeform action game to challenge GTA: Its a crude way to describe a game, perhaps, but imagine a Grand Theft Auto-alike that was as freeform vertically as it was horizontally. That goes some way towards describing Microsofts latest salvo for t...

  • Abstract:  With other third-person-sandbox style games available like Grand Theft Auto IV, Red Dead Redemption, or Fallout: New Vegas, is there a reason to pick-up an older game like Crackdown (2007)? Although the first Crackdown is a bit dated, the game has its ...

  • Abstract:  Theres been a lot made of Crackdown prior to its release, and not because of its own strengths but rather because of a certain golden ticket beta invitation that can be found beneath the games instruction manual. Generally speaking, a publisher bun...
