  • Abstract:  I'm not sure how I went most of the year ignoring details about Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, but it happened. Sure, I knew it was an Assassin's Creed game set in Renaissance Italy and that it would have multiplayer, but that was about it. But once de...

  • Excellent and exciting campaign that introduces worthwhile new gameplay elements; Rome is well built and packed with content; online multiplayer mode is incredibly taut and a smashing addition.
  • Leaves a lot of lingering questions unanswered; some texture popin issues and occasional odd animations.

  • Huge, beautiful city stuffed with amazing details, Lairs and other platforming sequences are fantastic, Long, with lots of fun and varied activities, Economy is more meaningful than before, All sorts of improvements, big and small.
  • Main story is disappointing, Assassin recruitment is contrived and ultimately meaningless, Glitches.
  • Ezio's Roman holiday is a joyous and gorgeous addition to a quality series....

  • Brotherhood is a great game, but it’s hard to wholeheartedly recommend. This is really a title designed for fans of Assassin’s Creed II, as it’s a continuation of that story, but the reality is that people who finished that game want something new – or...

  • Strong continuing story; an insane amount of collectibles; greatly improved combat; intense (and fun!) multiplayer.
  • Rome looks a lot like the rest of Italy; multiplayer has a definite learning curve; cliffhanger endings drive me nuts.

  • Abstract:  The series just keeps getting better and better.Let's face it; Ubisoft didn't exactly do a great job of promoting their latest offering. After the huge success of Assassin's Creed 2, they were quick to announce that they would be putting out a new inst...

  • Despite the only coming out a year after its predecessor, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has made significant improvements in the franchise. It kept what works and added smart new elements like the training of junior assassins and multiplayer. Sure, it’...

  • Abstract:  Even though I loathed the story of the original Assassin's Creed, it was still a great game that definitely offered the world of gaming something unique and entertaining. The game may not have been perfect and at times quite repetitive but it did allow...

  • Assassins = ninjas, polished gameplay, innovative multiplayer
  • Plot is a tad pretentious
  • Ubisoft's third stab at the assassination genre is just as sleek and razor-sharp as ever. The addition of a multiplayer mode is also bloody good fun. Simply put, Ubisoft Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is killer...

  • The city of Rome is carefully crafted and packed with options and activities. Mini-games and management systems feed into one another elegantly, drawing the player in. Multiplayer is a refreshing experience.
  • Ezio doesn't grow as a character, making him little more than a husk for the player to occupy. Rome occasionally lacks variety. Horses in cities are nothing but an annoyance. Their poor animation doesn’t warrant sustained inspection, either.
