The Surface Pro 4 is an excellent poster child for Windows 10, and Microsoft's new focus on mobility looks to be paying off. It feels light and portable with an excellent display, while still packing in enough power to smash through most day-to-day tasks...
Excellent notebook performance in a tablet format, Significantly improved battery life, Outstanding build quality, Type Cover offers a quieter experience, Surface Pen is more precise and faster
Connectivity is minimal and lacks USB Type-C, Signature Type Cover and Surface Pen are costly add-ons
Yes. The Surface Pro is simply the best 2-in-1 around. It's expensive, but worth it for its excellent design, build quality, and components...
The New Surface Pro certainly is a natural progression from the Surface Pro 4, rather than a massive leap forward. The seventh-gen Kaby Lake processors and extra battery life are well worthwhile, but to be expected. The additional flexibility of the kicks...

I've used the Surface Pro series since the third generation, and there's no doubt this Surface Pro is the best one yet. It has good performance and great battery life and, because it's both a tablet and a laptop, it's a very versatile machine. However, I'm...

Refined design is its best yet, new keyboard (sold separately) makes for best typing experience yet, great screen resolution and brightness, plenty of power available - but fanless Core i5 is probably your best bet
Battery life still isn't great (not in the Core i7 model anyway - fanless Core i5 ought to be better in this regard), keyboard not included, can get mighty expensive - to the point a laptop might make more sense
The new Surface Pro shows how far Microsoft has come with the series. It's a really well made and great performing Windows device. Even in the Core i7 form of this review model it's approaching silent in operation, thanks to seventh-generation Intel Kaby...

The Surface Pro gets better performance and battery life from its CPU update, and most models are now fanless. The excellent kickstand is even more flexible
Minimal redesign leaves out USB-C and Thunderbolt options. The Surface Pen stylus is no longer included by default, and new keyboard covers are more expensive than ever. Still not great for lap use
Microsoft's flagship Surface Pro gets an extremely conservative update, but better battery life keeps it the gold standard of Windows hybrid PCs -- for now...

Masses of power, A joy to type on, Wonderful screen, Great battery life
Too pricey for the top-spec models, Lack of ports may frustrate some
The Surface Pro thoughtfully improves on a winning formula. It's beautifully built, a joy to use, and will make 99% of owners unspeakably happy. I just wish that Microsoft would be a little more generous. At the very least, they could throw the keyboard o...
Until we've properly tested the new Surface Pro, we'll reserve judgement on which 2-in-1 is the best.Tags:TabletsShare this articleShareTweetSendHi. I saw this on PC Advisor and thought you should see it too.Comments...
