All of the above considered, we still look at the Acer Iconia Tab A700 as a tablet that does not disappoint that much. This device just needs a couple of improvements and it is ready to work much better....

High resolution panel looks good and is on its way to become a musthave on new generation tablets. Great battery life. Android 4.0 (sort of, see below).
Sluggish performance. The A700 may be in desperate need of an upgrade to Jelly Bean to correct some of its performance ackwardness. Hardware feels subpar for a premiumpriced tablet. Software customizations not all that useful.
