  • Abstract:  We last reviewed Windows 10 back in July of 2015 when it was first released to the public. That was the desktop version, and we didn’t get a “final” version of Windows 10 Mobile until December of 2015. Both received an “Anniversary update” that brought some fixes and minor changes. The big feature that we were looking forward to with the “Anniversary Update” was universal messaging where the messaging app on Windows Mobile would sync SMS/MMS messages and Skype messages with the messaging app on your Windows 10 desktop and tablet PCs. That feature was cancelled at the last minute, so for the past year we’ve been waiting for that to come back as part of the new Skype Universal App....
