The latest Lenovo is another slick hybrid, with a good mechanism that's strong and easy to use. As usual, though, machines of this type involve compromises: it's too cumbersome for tablet use, and the keyboard is too poor to make this a satisfying laptop...
Lenovo Yoga 2 11″ – ReviewJames Pearce March 27, 2014In my continued hunt for the ideal tablet/laptop I've stumbled into the fascinating world of the flexible Lenovo Yoga 2, it's an 11″ touchscreen bendable flexible hybrid. I mainly use Windows 8 devices...
Great price, Slick and attractive design, Bright screen, Good speakers
Average battery life, Inconsistent build quality, Slow processor, Poor keyboard, No SSD
We love the 360-degree design and the price of the Yoga 2 11, but we're less keen on the sluggish performance, bulkyness and iffy keyboard. It's not a bad hybrid, but it's not our first choice.Next, read more laptop reviews or pick from the best Windows 8...

Good battery life (7 hours), Quality build, Versatile processor, Great display
Body heats up ever so slightly, Subtly audible fan, Not for gamers
The IdeaPad Yoga 2 was a nice surprise for us. Its components make it a versatile, fun and easy-to-use computer that can take on many forms (Tent, Stand, Tablet, Laptop) by simply pivoting the screen. Plus, it has superb picture quality, something that's ...

The Yoga 2 11 is well-built for a budget laptop, and offers the same tablet and kiosk modes as its more-expensive cousins. Keyboard and touch pad are similarly impressive for the price
The lower-power CPU doesn't offer fully mainstream performance, and the keyboard flexes under even light typing
Lenovo's Yoga 2 11 combines the popular Yoga hybrid design with an affordable 11-inch ultraportable for a system that's budget-feeling but sturdy, and one of the best of a new breed of low-cost hybrids....
Thin and light for a laptop, Attractively priced, Useful tent and stand modes
Short battery life for a tablet, Awkwardly thick and heavy in tablet mode, Very flexy keyboard
Lenovo made a lot of compromises to hit this price poing, and did little to advance the hybrid concept. Still, the Yoga 2 11 has a good price-to-performance ratio....
Meager port variety, Bouncy keyboard, Low display resolution, Low graphics performance, No SSD
Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 11The basic idea is very appealing The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 11 is a versatile convertible that is supposed to combine a tablet and a subnotebook in one device – for a retail price of just 600 Euros (~$825).We already know the mechan...
