  • Gigabit Ethernet connection, Can expand storage by adding additional external hard drive, Compatible with GoFlex Desk drives, Easily setup for the novice, Share a printer across the network easily

  • The GoFlex Home Network Storage System is a good performing, simple NAS server that is compatible with Seagate's GoFlex Desk external hard drives. It supports Macs and PCs and works as a print server
  • The GoFlex Home doesn't support GoFlex Desk drives larger than 2TB. Its desktop software is rather useless and its Web interface is not easy enough for beginners. You must have an Internet connection to register the NAS with Seagate as part of its setup
  • The GoFlex Home Network Storage System is a simple storage server and a great accessory for a Seagate GoFlex Desk hard drive. However, if you want a NAS with a lot of features, you should keep looking.
