Very fast in most benchmarks, Loads of exciting new technology
Raytracing doesn't work yet, AI support largely absent, Very expensive
Nvidia's latest card has impressive core performance that outpaces the GTX 1080 Ti in almost all benchmarks, but its flagship features don't work yet – and the new card is extremely expensive, too. It may prove to be worthwhile, but we wouldn't recomme...

Abstract: Nvidia wants you to spend about the same as an entirely new computer on its latest top-of-the-line graphics card, the GTX 2080 Ti. You could get a great laptop or a very solid desktop for the same £1,100 price Nvidia's new card commands. You could get a c...
Abstract: I don’t think it’s much of a spoiler to say that the new Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti is the fastest consumer graphics card on the planet right now. There’d be villagers with flaming torches and pitchforks all the way up Walsh Avenue to Nvidia’s Santa Clara HQ otherwise. It’s a beautiful piece of silicon and technical engineering, both in the design of the Turing GPU itself as well as the physical Founders Edition card.
Let's get something obvious out of the way first: the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is the fastest consumer graphics card on the planet. Period. Taken over seven titles featuring specific games engines, the performance uplift at 4K over the GTX 1080 Ti is at...

The Turing story is really only just getting started, and how it develops and eventually goes down in history will depend on levels of consumer response, developer support of the new features, and how well Nvidia can market it and convince gamers that Hyb...

In the days after its GeForce Gaming Celebration, Nvidia took a lot of heat for introducing an entire family of graphics cards loaded with features that aren't available to enjoy, and then ignoring their performance in today's games. To make matters worse...

High fps 4K gaming on one card, Leads ray tracing revolution in gaming, USB-C connectivity
Extremely expensive, Few initial ray tracing-supported games
Whether you're a PC gamer who was waiting in the wings for a more powerful graphics card or you truly believe in Nvidia's vision of a ray traced future, the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is the new top dog in the world of graphics cards. After seeing the realistic l...
Fastest single card we've ever tested, Founders Edition runs very cool, Noise levels are also hugely impressive, Overclocking yielded significant performance gains, Ray tracing with the RTX 2080 Ti looks promising, DLSS is another Turing-specific feature
Very expensive at £1099, We are yet to see how ray tracing and DLSS translates to actual games you can play at home
We have just published a review of the RTX 2080 today, but this specific review has focused on the more expensive flagship RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition. At £1,100 it is a heck of an investment but as the Nvidia webpage shows at time of publication, it's a...
