  • F1.2という大口径であることから、はっきりいって筐体は大きくて重量もあるのだが、撮影時にしっかりとホールディングすれば期待に応えてくれる描写は、間違いなく素晴らしいものだった。様々なポートレート向けのレンズを代々使用してきた筆者がとくに感動したのが耐逆光性能の驚くべき向上だった。ポートレート撮影などではボケ味の美しさや人物のやわらかい肌描写などを優先的に見据えた設計のためか、逆光時のフレアやゴーストの抑制にはいささかの問題を抱えていることが多い印象だったのだが、本レンズではキヤノンが独自開発したBRレン...
