  • Most people when looking at smartphones tend to fall into one of two camps; Android and iOS (Apple). The Microsoft Lumia 950 is neither of those, so it may feel like an odd choice for many to make. That said, if you're a big fan of the Windows 10 operati...

  • Images show very strong saturation and contrast in some scenes, Color casts in mixed light situations, Unnatural skin tones in flash images, No panorama mode and weak imaging feature set in general, Rich Capture HDR rarely triggers and cannot be forced ma
  • The Microsoft Lumia 950 is capable of capturing very good image detail and maintains low noise levels across the ISO range. However, it is slightly let down by very saturated images and white balance instabilities. The imaging feature set lacks behind the...

  • high-performance SoC, first device based on Snapdragon 808 SoC without performance losses during load, expandable storage, removable battery, USB 3.1, high WiFi range, Continuum, Windows Hello, good tracking performance, decent camera modules, bright, hi
  • design too plain for a flagship, mixed battery life, non-available apps in the store
  • Microsoft's Lumia 950 is a decent smartphone with state-of-the-art equipment and without major shortcomings. The SoC is sufficiently fast for all applications and, for the first time in a smartphone, the installed Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 does not throttle...

  • As a Windows Phone adherent over the years, I've had a fair few devices, and quite a few Lumias. The 800, 820, 620, 640 and 920 have all passed through my hands; I retain a Lumia 930 as a spare phone and occasional digital video device. So I know what to...

  • Great Display, Fast Performance, Windows Hello is awesome, Amazing Camera, Continuum Support
  • Not a head turner, Only available in Black and White, Back Cover can be difficult to remove
  • Microsoft's Lumia 950 is a great phone, there's no denying that. The issue with the phone, that has been an issue with Windows Phone flagships since the 950 is that flagships don't sell well as much as low-end devices. Given that light, some may be questi...

  • Windows 10 Mobile is a great operating system, works really well with the hardware and Microsoft apps are great to use. Continuum is really useful and could be a wonderful tool. Windows Hello is nifty and actually works well
  • Apps. Windows 10 Mobile is wonderful but developers just don't seem to care about their apps and widely used apps are missing on the platform. Mainly Google apps. The 950 is AT&T only though you can buy one unlocked on Amazon
  • If you're in the Microsoft world then the Lumia 950 is a superior buy, I'm not saying you can't use the 950 if you use Google services but it will be more of a challenge. The 950 is a great value, it's a great phone, Continuum is useful and has promise, W...

  • Great camera, Excellent screen
  • Random software glitches, Lack of apps available for the platform
  • The Microsoft Lumia 950 has a great camera just like that previous Lumias, but it isn't enough for to completely abandon more established ecosystems like iOS and Android...

  • Boring plastic design and color choices, Windows 10 app catalog for mobile phones is still much more anemic than those of Android or iOS, battery life could be better, Prev2 of 2Next
