  • The wire frame that supports your iPod’s backside is sturdy but looks unusual, especially the rubber pieces that go over its end.
  • It’s an accessory for an accessory....

  • Abstract:  Over two years ago I wrote an open plea to iPod-accessory vendors for a "dock-connector extender" -- basically some sort of adapter or extension that would let you use dock-cradle accessories with an iPod stuck inside a protective case. In April of th...

  • Abstract:  SendStation bills the Dock Extender as “the iPod accessory with the fewest features, but probably the most anticipated”, and I can see their point. Many iPod cases (including the iPod “gel” type of cases) offer great protection, bu...

  • Abstract:  One of my pet peeves is that you have to take your iPod out of most cases to use its Dock Connector. I hate that. Fortunately, SendStation Systems has invented a little doohickey called Dock Extender that makes the Dock Connector conundrum a non-issue....

  • Allows you to use cased iPods with dockable accessories, includes Universal Dock adapter
  • A bit pricey, but it is unique
  • The Dock Extender is a useful little accessory that allows you to keep your iPod in the case when using dockable accessories—and that’s just useful.

  • Abstract:  I love it when a product simply does exactly what it is designed to do with no fuss. SendStation’s Dock Extender is just such a product. The complete Dock Extender, attached to a Keyspan TuneView base. It comes in three parts. The first—a smal...

  • Abstract:  Back in May of 2006 I blogged about wanting a product that would allow you to connect adapters to your iPod without having to remove the case. Well, if you are like me, and have been asking for a similar product, SendStation has finally come to the re...
