OCR software generally works well; cordless, battery-powered pen is easy to use; works with normal ink and paper; iPad and iPhone compatibility is a big plus.
Worthy competition from Livescribe, Wacom may limit appeal; idea of converting hand written notes to your iPad via a receiver already feels a little antiquated; cheaper Express 2 lacks Mac support.
