Abstract: Теплопроводные адгезивы, или термоклеи, связывают поверхности и выступают в качестве теплопроводного состава. Они представлены в форме пасты или прокладок, необходимых для монтажа маленьких радиаторов на чипах памяти или регуляторах напряжения. Понятно, что обычные пасты для таких условий не подходят, поскольку из-за веса радиаторы будут соскальзывать. Адгезивные пасты имеют более высокие теплопроводящие качества, нежели прокладки, но у них есть один существенный недостаток: после монтажа на клеящую пасту вы уже не сможете снять радиатор без повреждений каких-либо элементов.
